Terms: Net 30 Days

Federal Screw Products accepts Visa or MasterCard, on new or existing balances.

Blanket Orders:

Blankets will be accepted with releases not to exceed six months out. The minimum per release is $500.

Minimum Order:

The minimum order is $50. However, if you are a first time customer and want open terms there is a $500 minimum. To maintain an open account we expect $1000 annually in continued business.

Returns – Restocking:

Please contact us for a return authorization form that must be accompanied with all returns.

Original boxes and separations of lots are required.

Within 30 days: 25% restocking fee 

For special orders or custom or part to print no returns are available.

Thru-hardened or military grade fasteners will not be accepted unless returned in the original carton
